Description:This position will be a part of the Design to Sustain MFC-Transformation team. Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the MFC Transformation Office and help shape the future of Model Based Sustainment through development of Sustainment & Integrated Logistics Support DX solutions. Candidate should be creative, forward-thinking and appreciate the challenge of clarifying ambiguity. Candidate shall have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly articulate key concepts and ideas to the LSE team and senior leadership. Primary responsibilities include: • Collaboration with Agile teammates with respect to the ILS activity to develop future solutions for performing ILS/Sustainment analyses in a model based environment • Working within the LM Agile methodology environment to develop ILS solutions Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in Logistics and Sustainment across several disciplines of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
• Ability to self-organize
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Possess strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of MS Office software. • Ability to present findings to customers and management • Strong problem solving skills
Desired Skills:
• Experience with complex projects and teams.
• Experience with Agile processes
• Experience with ILS analyses, including spares modeling & forecasting, lifecycle cost modeling, obsolescence management, maintainability & supportability analyses
• Exposure to major Sustainment related standards (i.e. GEIA-0007, the S-Series, and/or the IPS Element Guidebook
• The ability to visualize data streams & comprehend data architecture involving intricate data exchanges

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
