TheProject Manager – Marketing Initiatives
is responsible for managingmultiple large marketing initiatives, relying heavily on effective projectmanagement skills to meet scope, time and budget parameters.
Workingwith moderate supervision, the Marketing Project Manager is an individualcontributor who ensures execution of various components of the project lifecycle and milestone gates. This role serves as the point of contact foroften cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, marketing teammembers, business line team members, management, the enterprise PMO, and thirdparties (vendors).
Amongthese stakeholders, the Project Manager – Marketing Initiatives
facilitates communication, issues management & escalations, properdocumentation, and all other aspects of successful project delivery.
Theincumbent needs to possess a general understanding of the projects and/orcampaigns they are managing and the business lines they support, at an industryand market level, allowing them to incorporate key elements into aninitiative. As projects vary in scope and technical complexity, theincumbent must be willing and able to learn quickly and adapt to new projectenvironments. The role requires an individual who has demonstratedproficiency with the following: self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to handlemultiple and sometimes technical projects, able to lead by influence, able toproblem solve and bring resolution.
Additionally,the Marketing Project Manager will be proactive in continually assessingour business needs and available solutions/approaches to improve our processesand project management discipline, working with others to drive necessarychanges. Compliance Statement

Leadership: Facilitates teams on the successful execution and implementation of marketing initiatives using Associated Bank's marketing project management methodology, which includes, but is not limited to: strategy documentation, supplier brief development, updates and presentations to CMO/sponsor for review and approval at various gates, project plan development & utilization.
Drive for results: Controls projects through the use of marketing documents and planning tools to adhere to the “triple constraints”: Time (schedule), Resources (people and financial) and Scope while delivering on the specific business objectives set forth in the project strategy.
Collaboration: Promotes and advocates a collaborative team environment by coaching and mentoring colleagues, focusing on leveraging colleague strengths.
Problem solving: Adept at identifying potential projects risks or issues, troubleshoots and works with others to resolve issues as needed.
Works with the team to developdetailed project plans, methodically plans, analyzes and schedules multipleinterrelated tasks and / or initiatives based upon their value, scope, scheduleand resource requirements. Manages and transparently reports on project statusto ensure timely completion of project assignments.

2-4 years Marketing/agency traffic experience with large scale marketing campaigns in the banking or retail space., Preferred
