Essential Function
Under general supervision, is responsible for administering selected benefit programs in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and established Credit Union policies in accordance with the specified benefits plan documents.

Accountable for the effective administration of the benefit plans.
Responsible for plan compliance with all government regulatory and legislative rulings.
Responsible for the accurate maintenance of employee records.
Self-starter and ability to exercise independent judgment.
Minimum Requirement
Knowledge of benefits related terminology, including attributes of Cafeteria 125 plans and knowledge of ERISA.
