Job Description

My client in Tempe is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives!

Job Description:

This call center is only supporting their Medicare Pharmacy business.

- Inbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies to verify or obtain information
- May make some outbound calls to follow up
- Field inbound calls from members or providers/pharmacies regarding benefit questions, coverage, co-pays, and ID Cards
- Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
application
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around times

Qualifications: 2 years customer service/call center experience within the healthcare industry

Pay: $17-18/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday
