Job Description

Performs data entry to Contract Manager software for new loans, manages Accounts Payable and processes customer payments. Backup to Office Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Creates and maintains monthly contract spreadsheets in Excel for each Arrow branch on all funded transactions.
  • Notates customer accounts of payments received via mail, Fed-ex and Western Union speedpay.
  • Responsible for all accounts payable functions.
  • Performs data entry of key information to Contract Manager software on newly funded loans and notates funding.
  • Distributes daily branch notification to Arrow branches.
  • Primary responsibility for answering incoming telephone calls that have exited the ACD system.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes all incoming mail and express deliveries.
  • Prepares daily phone reports analyzing activity.
