In this role, you will lead an innovative food and beverage program overseeing the 3-meal restaurant, lobby lounge, rooftop bar, club lounge, in-room dining, and banquets managing a team of about 200.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and hands-on leader with great energy and passion, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for elevating and creating unique experiences. Prior luxury hotel food and beverage director-level experience is required.

What will I be doing?
As Director of Food & Beverage, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
Remain present within the operation to lead and guide all Team Members and operations of the F&B division.
Oversee the operations of Estuary restaurant and bar, Summit rooftop bar, In-Room Dining, Private Bar, and Banquets, while leading the respective managers and department heads of each outlet/department.
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
