Chenega Professional and Technical Services, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative support and preform general office task for PHWB/CDC Data Modernization Initiative (DMI). What you’ll be doing:
Perform administrative duties to include maintaining files and records, managing calendars, preparing meeting agendas, assist with photocopying/scanning/faxing documents, data entry into systems including the Non-U.S. Citizen Access Management System (NCAMS), and the updating the division floor plan.
In-process new employees by gathering onboarding information to update systems and assist with the coordination of the security process, visitor passes, and other requirements for new and existing employees, contractors, and visitors.
Serve as alternate data entry specialist entering data in to the system Integrated Conference Approval Portal (ICAP)
Coordinating DSEPD conference requests and issuing notifications, as well as division priority conference
What is required:
Minimum high school diploma. Degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience
