Business Development Manager
Overview:
The iGaming Business Development Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key iGaming customers and coordinating with the iGaming Management Team and 3rd parties to support sales and customer service processes. The role involves planning, prospecting, negotiating commercial agreements, and facilitating game releases. Key tasks include regular customer communication, product demos, trade show participation, and market analysis to meet business needs. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments like Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, along with the flexibility to work autonomously while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key iGaming customer accounts
- Negotiate new commercial agreements
- Perform product demonstrations and represent the company at trade shows
- Facilitate game releases and update customer portals
- Support new market entry strategies and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in iGaming; casino management preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel (up to 30%) and flexibility to meet business needs
