A compliance training company in Dayton, NJ, is looking for an eccentric individual to join their customer service team! Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, emails and assisting purchase orders. This is an entry level position that has potential to grow within the company. The company will provide rigorous training for the right in individual willing to learn.
Answer phone calls and emails
Assisting customers with purchase orders
Provide tech support when needed
Conduct inside sales
Generate sales leads
Meet customer service sales goals
Update database with customer information
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Developed customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in call center is a plus
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
High school diploma/ GED
2 years minimum in customer service and sales
