RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Product Analyst in Greenwood Village, CO. Key Tasks:
  • Responsible for conducting business analysis activities around new product requests to identify business problems and propose business solutions
  • Provide a complete analysis of the organizational and operational impacts of developing, implementing, and supporting a new product
  • Act as liaison between Product Management and technical and operational support groups impacted by new products - such as Engineering, IT, Customer Operations
  • Possess knowledge of each group's technical capabilities, systems, processes, capacity, etc. and applies that knowledge to translate the business or user needs into business requirements and possible solutions that can be executed within the constraints of the project and the organization
  • Possesses ability to be thorough and meticulous, with an eye for detail, and must apply logic and knowledge of the business to identify and correct inaccuracies in reports and presentations
  • Capacity to lead cross-functional projects related to business process, product lifecycle management, and product development
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Generate requirements documentation, through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements
  • Gather, analyze, refine, validate, documents and maintains requirements and document repositories
  • Perform analysis in support of process definitions for the purpose of identifying opportunities for process improvement and an improved customer experience
  • Create and maintain reporting for consumption by the working team and the executive team
  • May lead business process design and documentation
  • May lead cross-functional projects related to process improvement, product lifecycle management, or product development

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree related field or equivalent experience
  • Business Analysis experience: 1-3
  • Project Management Experience: 0-1
  • Related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, 1-3 Software/Online Services)
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and create recommendations
  • Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics
  • Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations
  • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
  • Ability to support multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to communicate and contribute cross-functionally, and within a matrix environment
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
  • Ability to communicate with direct management and company personnel
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
  • Strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results
  • Highly motivated and talented with an interest in technology, a love for great products, and strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical ability is a must
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently
  • Ability to use software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working Conditions: Office environment
