The Digital Analyst role will oversee e-commerce tag management to further develop and deliver robust reporting on digital experiences. Managing and making analytics measurement, auditing key metrics, documentation, and usage reporting to ensure tags are kept current will be critical in this role. Daily partnership with stakeholders will be required alongside digital marketing, digital merchandising, creative, eMarkets and digital product management teams, as well as with the broader marketing team, to gather necessities and execute solutions to assist in reporting on user actions as well as behaviors. Also, the Digital Analyst will contribute to the web analytics strategy by administering and bettering web analytics and tagging methodologies using programs such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs necessary testing, troubleshooting, validation methods to confirm tool is performing as expected
Translates functional requirements into new tags that will deliver actionable results for the business user
Document in detail new tags and modifications in accordance to established tagging methodology
Communicate with all stakeholders and identify integration concerns
Work with development and business teams to ensure that all tagging specs are properly implemented while minimizing performance impact.
Define tracking parameters, build campaign URLs, and validate the functionality of your campaign tracking.
Develop the standardized definitions for the data tagging schema and metric definitions.
Present analysis, actionable insights & recommendations to stakeholders.
Assist in troubleshooting analytics

Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics is required
Prior experience in testing, troubleshooting, and validation methods to confirm digital tools are performing as expected
Experience in understanding and implementing functional requirements
Detail oriented, with experience in documenting rules and processes
Experience working in a matrix reporting structure
Experience in tool configuration
Experience in tag governance
Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
