Job Description

Must haves for this position are:

1-2 years of customer service experience whether retail or corporate. Someone that worked in customer service and/or sales at a gym and/or fitness center a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Candidate must follow up with us via email on why they want the job and are a fit so we can see their writing skills

Job Description:

-Handle incoming telephone calls, live chat/email and outgoing customer calls (90% live chat and emails)
-Provide repair instructions, basic troubleshooting and repair status
-Entry level sales responsibility for Trade Up option
-General product related inquiries regarding features, availability and pricing
-Log and track customer contacts via electronic feedback system
-Meet customer service and reception performance standards for answer speed, information accuracy, call length and customer satisfaction
-Utilize Polar After sales software with skill and proficiency
-Satisfactorily resolve customer issues and requests by providing timely, accurate and appropriate responses.
-Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings in Customer Care.
