Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - In-home Visits - Sacramento, CA
Locations: Sacramento, Solano/Napa County, Alameda County, San Jose, Santa Cruz, CA
Shift: Schedule your own hours (Start/End)
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking & swallowing functions.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication.
• Service as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
• Must hold active unrestricted SLP License in California State.
• Active BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's license.
