• Assist Project Managers with project management when needed including subcontractor management.
• Reviewing the project, offering suggestions, completing the job estimate or bid as needed.
• Take and upload photos of the properties into required systems.
• Communicate with office staff to ensure properties are on schedule and finished in a timely manner.
• Perform punch-work as needed.
• Meeting municipality requirements.
• Planning and scheduling as needed.
• Materials and equipment logistics.
• Ensure job cost and quality control for all assigned jobs.
• Complete initial, progress, and final inspections as deemed necessary by the Project Manager.
• Understand and enforce Company safety rules to promote a company safety culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ related experience in residential construction industry.
• College Diploma, construction technology or related field
• Residential construction experience; specifically, in the rehab and remodeling industry.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Suite.

• Must be able to drive for this position.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid an appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
• Must be able to pass a background check, license, and drug test.

$35,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience

Position Type

• PTO: major holidays, sick/personal days, vacation
• Eligible for health benefits the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment
• Eligible for company paid life insurance and long-term disability the first of the month following 60 days
• Company-provided cell phone; laptop and/or tablet
• 401K/profit sharing plan first eligible quarter after 1 year of employment
• Car allowance and gas card
