Trillium is seeking a candidate for customer Service who will be enrolling customers in programs. Some inbound calls but, mostly outbound sales calls. Monthly incentives if you meet sales goals. Not scripted or structured, must be able to educate people and be persuasive. Need to be empathetic to customer needs. Need to be able to hear your smile over the phone.
Hours are 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-3:00pm. Pay is $15.50 per hour.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a customer facing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
