CHANGE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:
Change Manager oversees the successful execution of the Technical Change Management process within the respective domain (or scope):
• Responsible for the review and approval of all changes at various stages in the change lifecycle
• Responsible to ensure work instructions and standard operating procedures are available and aligned to Change Management process for the respective domain
• Monitor, track and control the change management process to meet the required service level targets
• Follow up on change requests that are incorrectly documented and executed
• Ensure proper assignment of Change Coordinator group to all changes within the respective domain
• Accountable for identifying potential Standard Changes, submitting them for approval, and maintaining the Standard Changes which have been approved for the respective domain
• Responsible for review and approval of change models/templates
• Identify sensitive change periods and control the change activity within these periods
• Attend CAB meetings as defined (and required) by the applicable CAB Charter
• Ensure Implementation is complete as planned
