You will have the ability to learn more about commercial real estate! To qualify for this position, you will have to have a solid transactional legal background and exceptional administrative skills, with a touch of commercial Real Estate experience. Your days will be filled with accomplishments as you assist your Managing Partner with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions to include acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and entity management. You will be working with Title & Survey documents. You will be learning how to facilitate and manage due diligence, closing, and post-closing processes and documentation with title companies, lenders, and outside counsel. If you enjoy talking with people, there will be strong client exposure. There are many rewards with this position—both financially and emotionally! This position is exactly right for you if you have exposure to Commercial Real Estate work, but not enough experience to land some of those “bigger” jobs. Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant with a Corporate legal back ground is required
Exposure or experience with commercial Real Estate matters is needed
You will have the ability to learn this firm’s legal aspects of their acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and entity and corporate management
You will have the opportunity to work with title companies, buyers, sellers, brokers, tenants, and outside counsel
Firm is seeking someone who pays attention to the details and will enjoy learning more about substantial real estate transactions
Knowledge of commercial real estate investments is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Any working knowledge with leases, loan documents, purchase agreement will be a plus
Excellent computer skills are needed
