Information Designer


Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be using your creativity to create concepts, stories, and visual communications that help tell Client's transformation story.
You will help craft messages about enterprise change into clear and compelling copy for various mediums and audiences.
You will develop materials like presentation designs, videos and animations, microsites (SharePoint) and journey murals, to inspire Client's on the path of transformation - and ultimately help drive change adoption.

About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated people who will play a key role in helping us to create a positive Client Transformation Journey experience.
As an Information Designer, you will be working with top Client leaders in a global environment to build innovative deliverables and visualize transformation journeys for both digital and print.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Creative/Advertising/Journalism/Media studies or professional activities
Over 5 yrs visual design experience with a portfolio in design, illustration, multi-media
Ability to lead conversations with a multitude of requestors and stakeholders, in an assertive manner, to understand their vision and potential concerns/risks
Ability to conceptualize quickly and present in-progress work for critique; to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high-level of quality and attention to detail
Good time management to defines milestone and prioritize effectively.
Is focused responsive to feedback and new ideas to meet goals
Proficient in industry-standard graphic software tools like Adobe CS (AI, IN, AE, MU, etc). Ideally experienced in digital/web (HTML, CSS, PHP) and UX/UI design
Ability to bring original ideas and transform flat content into exciting digital and print deliverables that are relevant, appealing, modern and easy to consume

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Design Thinking experience, focused on outcomes and used to collaborate in a user-based, iterative approach to bring ideas into execution
Strong desire to learn, improve and excel in the field.
Driven to develop new best practices, tools and keeps up to date with news in design and storytelling
Understand climate topics, proactively promote positive teamwork, and deescalate misunderstandings to unite goals, efforts, and results of those involved
Familiar with and curious about IT services, strategy, products / solutions, and industry capabilities
OCM Communications experience - would be a plus - being able to understand change management and cultivate and create content to assist in telling the change journey

Experience wise - they are looking for someone mid-level (band 6-7)- not quite as senior as the OCM consultants.
Vision for this role is to help support the transformation team and telling the story.
Working with change management projects across the business.
Needs to be well versed in digital mediums - graphic design, creation of journey murals, and sites.
This person must be creative, use to working in a fast-paced enviroment, team player, and thought leadership.
They want someone with visual design versus experience design.

Graphic visual design person with some thought leadership experience.
Working with what team: Transformation team, Kaitlin at Kyndryl
Do they need to have OCM background? Major plus if they have OCM background/communications experience.
They need to understand the right questions and drive change. "design thinking expertise"
Target Start Date: Any-time/ASAP, Client understands it may take some time to get through the process with the Holidays coming up and scheduling IVs
Time Zone: US Eastern or Central
Culture fit - Fast-paced enviroment, need to be flexible, little ramp-up time
