We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representatives Bilingual in English & Spanish at our corporate office/remote, centrally located in Plantation, Florida.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with Customer Service and resolution expertise in the Healthcare industry
• Ability to research, analyze and interpret inquiries relating to claims processing issues
• Demonstrated proficiency in use of appropriate telephone etiquette
• Analytical, research-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Collections / Billing / Contracts (Hospital-Based Physician Collections a plus)
• Medicare &/or Medicaid
• Medical terminology / CPT codes / ICD 9 codes
• MS Excel / MS Word / 10-Key Calculator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to work as a great Team Player
• Customer Service experience in Medical Billing both diagnostic and interventional, a very big plus

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required with 3 or more years of related experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
