What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for budget, saftey, scheduling and team development
Conducts pre-construction meetings
Prepares Proposal Letter
Finalizes project costs and issues contracts
Prepares, updates and monitors schedule
Prepares Request for Proposals, Change Orders Requests
Supports the on-site construction activities and Project Superintendent by obtaining necessary permits, providing responses to RFIs, and issuing drawings and changes.
Prepares monthly job forecasts, project and subcontractor billings
Responsible for overseeing quality control and compliance
Oversees all fiscal aspects of the project
Oversees project close-outs
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar field
Experience working Microsoft Project, Word and Excel
Project Manager, Hotel / Hospitality Construction, Tenant Improvement/Renovations, Adaptive Reuse, RFI, Budget, Subcontracts, Project Management
