Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain
Location: Houston, TX
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain to join Olin. Reporting to the President, Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, this leadership role oversees a $5 billion annual budget and drives operational excellence and continuous improvement across the procurement, global logistics, and ISC productivity center of excellence functions.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing initiatives that yield significant returns and cost savings while optimizing supply chain operations.
Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development and execution of supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
- Create tangible enterprise value by collaborating closely with operations, commercial and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings with a focus on implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, reduce cost and improve overall supply chain performance (cost to serve, reliability) to achieve top quartile performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
- Leverage data, business analytics and technology to drive data-driven decision making and develop actionable plans. Champion and leverage the use of next-generation advanced analytical and supply chain tools to create a competitive edge for Olin.
- Establish and monitor success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain operations by using the SCOR model or similar framework.
- Lead and support the organization in developing talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Partner with business leaders to develop the next generation of Olin leaders through proactive exchange of talent with Olin commercial organization.
- Conduct regular visits to facilities to stay close to the business and leaders while working closely with them to execute on initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree* in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 15 years leadership experience in business, commercial, or supply chain roles.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering substantial returns and cost savings through supply chain optimization efforts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Change management skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in key supply chain related tools and frameworks (Six Sigma, SCOR)
- Experience with data and business analytics, advanced analytics and SAP.
- This position will travel up to 25%, mainly US with some international travel required.
