Training period is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (three months)
After successful completion of three-month training, shifts vary:
Start time can be anywhere from 6:00AM - 3:00 PM
The latest finish would be 11:30PM. However, the majority of the Service Consultants are scheduled between 7:00AM - 7:00PM (cannot be guaranteed)
There is one weekend shift
Provides exceptional customer service exclusively by phone to various internal and external customers in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner. Utilizes available resources to identify customers' needs accurately and efficiently when assisting customers with general bank information or responding to and resolving any customer concerns.
Professional, customer-oriented individual with strong verbal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales, or financial environment is required Experience in Call Center environment desirable Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable Ideally the candidate will have: "A smile in their voice" Calm demeanor Speaks professionally Able to communicate clearly and effectively Able to think on their feet Computer skills
