Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for transportation customers.
 
Requirements
•    Answers the phones and places new orders
•    Call customers as needed for dispatchers
•    Responsible for total customer satisfaction
•    Speak to our customers in a positive and friendly manner
•    Answer customer's questions on construction products

Minimum Education and Experience
•    High school degree or equivalent
•    Experience in the transportation or aggregate industry
•    1-3 years of related experience in a customer service setting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•    Strong computer, phone and customer service skills
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
•    Willing to work various hours including overtime
•    Ability to maintain composure in all situations
•    Knowledge of San Antonio and surrounding geographic area
