Logistics Engineer Sr

This position will support the development of logistics solutions for F\-35 Training Systems\. The primary area of expertise needed is the development of and review of existing Logistics Product Data \(LPD\) deliverables\. Experience in provisioning and the use of MIL\-STD\-1388 and GEIA\-0007 is required\.

The successful candidate will have strong organization skills to be able to develop logistics governance processes, standards, tools, and environments that support development and testing of systems and subsystems for the Lockheed Martin ground training product line \(SciosTest\)\. Specific tasks required of the position are:

1\. Develop provisioning products following MIL\-STD\-1388 and GEIA\-0007 standards with the ability to tailor products to the F\-35 provisioning process

2\. Perform supportability analysis and maintain LMI databases \(SLICWave, PowerLog J, etc\) for hardware products\.

3\. Perform Logistics Support Analysis \(LSA\), including Sustainment Parts Information Records \(SPIRs\) and Electronic Equipment Log \(EEL\) management\.

The motivated candidate will be able to work independently, performing a wide array of logistics analyses across multiple programs Training and Logistics Solutions \(TLS\) Line of Business \(LOB\) to drive design for supportability and efficient and cost competitive support approaches\.

The successful candidate will be flexible to participate in and support process root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives in a large and complex program like F\-35\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Minimum 5 years of experience performing logistics analysis

• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level clearance

• Demonstrated experience using a logistics database, such as Powerlog J or SLICWave

**Desired Skills:**

• Experience with MIL\-STD\-1388 or GEIA\-STD\-0007

• Experience developing Reliability, Availability and Maintainability \(RAM\) assessment for spare listing and support management

• Component production/obsolescence life\-cycle longevity assessment

• Experience using Windchill EPDM configuration management toolset

• Experience working with Department of Defense \(DoD\) customers

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
