This position will provide administrative support and involves telephone interaction with the public, health care providers, school nurses, and federal, state and local government staff. Duties of this position include answering phones and directing callers as appropriate; maintaining electronic calendars; scheduling meetings, conference calls and webinars; making travel arrangements; typing; photocopying; scanning; formatting/editing reports and documents, managing incoming mail, maintaining electronic and hard copy files, and logging data into tracking systems.
