JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

As a Division Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership
  • Provide motivation and direction to the staffing professionals you manage.
  • Incrementally grow divisional revenue consistent with Robert Half targets.
  • Work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division’s business and performance goals.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and hiring of internal staff.
  • Supervise the administrative functions of the division.
  • Develop and grow a client base
  • Use your background to develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for a variety of information technology roles.
  • Make telephone calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Recruit, interview and place highly skilled information technology professionals in full-time positions.
  • Solidify Robert Half Technology’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
  • Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • An Information Systems or related degree.
  • Experience in the IT industry.
  • Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business.
  • A strong desire to succeed.
