Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a thriving Nonprofit organization in Boston! As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the organization's programs including development planning, engaging in board and event committees, evaluating progress, and general administration. Responsibilities include a variety of activities revolved around fund development, program management, and administration. The Associate Director will cultivate relationships with sponsors and donors; maintain records; coordinate fundraising events; plan and execute educational events; assist with finance management; and serve as point-of-contact for incoming inquiries. The qualified Associate Director is outgoing and personable, with excellent writing and communication skills; has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in healthcare.
