Sellery is one of the first shopping partners officially invited by TikTok. We are an international team with a huge passion for e-commerce and digital media, having just completed a $2M angel funding round. We rank in the top 3 for live shopping in the UK and are the top 1 in the TikTok live fashion category in the U.S.

As an Operations Intern, you will assist the Operations team with daily tasks, helping ensure the high-quality delivery of online merchandise. This role is based in Bellevue, WA, and involves key responsibilities such as assisting in managing TikTok e-commerce livestreams, tracking revenue data, optimizing resources, and maintaining effective communication with both team members and customers.

The company is currently recruiting 1-3 high school students on a voluntary basis to provide them with valuable learning opportunities. For these high school interns, the initial focus will be on teaching and education, and they will not be involved in actual work responsibilities. This is an unpaid internship. However, if an intern demonstrates the ability to work independently in the future, specific compensation terms will be discussed and determined by the employer.

• Assist in the on-site control and operation of TikTok e-commerce livestreams, including setting up livestream rooms, planning livestream content, discovering and summarizing product selling points, and analyzing livestream data.
• Support the daily livestream work of TikTok hosts, promptly follow up on revenue data, conduct post-event reviews and data analysis for each broadcast, and develop and implement optimization plans.
• Learn and assist in refining the selling points and characteristics of e-commerce products, help formulate scripts for livestream hosts, research product user profiles, and provide product optimization suggestions to product and brand partners based on livestream performance.
• Learn to monitor on-site audience data in real-time, provide feedback to on-site hosts, and control the sales rhythm and content of the livestream.

• Current high school/College student with legal residency status.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Eager to learn, initiative taker, and problem-solver.
• Capable of handling disputes and emergencies calmly.
• Interested in the e-commerce livestreaming industry, eager to stay updated on real-time industry trends and new developments, familiar with short video platforms like TikTok and other overseas social media.
