Administrative Assistant needed for an ecommerce company. Assisting with various projects and handling of documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities

• Sending out and receiving mail and packages

• Some customer service, phone management

• Managing documents and files

• Sending and receiving documents for the company

• Assisting in a various daily operations

• Operating a range of office machines such as a photocopier and computers

• Greeting guest and visitors, when needed



Skills:

• At least 2 years of office admin support experience

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills

• QuickBooks experience a plus

• Microsoft outlook for email, word and excel, PowerPoint
