About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to be a part of the Compliance Learning Program team. This position will be responsible for managing the Compliance Continuing Education program. This program supports the importance for compliance employees to have the appropriate expertise to carry out their specific responsibilities and to continually maintain and develop their skills. This position will oversee the strategy, execute procedures, and manage the system used to support and evidence completed continuing education hours. This position will also manage third party service providers who offer compliance and risk related professional certifications and continuing education (e.g., CRCM, ACAMs, CERP).

In this role, you will:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategy and action plan to manage the continuing education program.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and communicate program requirements to drive timely completion of the continuing education requirement.
  • Collaborate and drive accountability with diverse support functions demonstrating ability to lead outcomes with stakeholders and navigate through large organizations.
  • Monitor education activities to ensure activities fall in scope with the parameters of the requirement.
  • Develop and deliver education hours reporting used by key stakeholders to track and monitor employees completion.
  • Collaborate and consult with Technology enhance and/or result issues related to the education tracker.
  • Develop a long-term delivery framework to support continuous enhancement of the tool and program.
  • Work with third party service providers to support compliance related professional certifications and continuing education.
  • Serve as the liaison with Supply Chain and Compliance business support to review continuing education budget for third party services.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of project or program management, strategy consulting, or business operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Knowledge of compliance skill requirements
  • Experience managing learning solutions with technology to optimize performance outcomes
  • Experience creating effective performance support tools and job aids
  • Experience engaging and working with third party vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools, to include Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
  • Ability to consult and influence to consensus
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient communicator with the ability to transform complex topics/processes to simple language for understanding
  • Experience working independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed deadlines
