The contract administration is responsible for managing the customer contracts including customer profile in our POS. This position reviews all contracts between Centerline and Customers, validate all information, enter Job Order Standard in POS, maintain customer file is up to date including COI. The Contract Administration reports directly to the Field Payroll Manager and is based at our Support Center in Santa Ana, CA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
• Review all paperwork related to Contracts incl. address verification.
• Request Worker’s comp rates and code from TrueBlue Risk Department
• Maintain all contract paperwork within the POS customer file and copy to backup drive.
• Enter Job Order Standards in POS.
• Bi-Annual review of Centerline current customer COI (Ensure COI are current and limits have not been reduced)
• Monthly review of all Customer who have not billed in 6 months and move customer to “IC” status
• Assist with annual Customer rate increase
• Constant communication with account managers related to customer files.
• Other related job and duties may be assigned.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Budget: This position is not responsible for managing a budget.
Customer: This position works directly with temporary employees (drivers).
Accountability: Provides accurate and prompt billing of clients and compensation of drivers. Ensures that the collection of garnishments are in accordance with state and federal agency withholding orders.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER and SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, UltraStaff, and PayChex.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
