You have

1. 2 years of solid technical support experience supporting misc. desktop and networking issues for a large user-base
2. A presentable, respectful and highly social demeanor with the desire to solve problems and a strong sense of urgency to do so with professionalism.
3. Experience w/relevant technologies including but not limited to: Windows 7/8/10/XP, Mac OSX, MS Office (both Mac & Windows), Outlook, iPad, Desktop/server-related
