Job Summary:
As a Franchise Account Manager, this person will sell Comcast managed enterprise solutions to named accounts within a franchise business model. As a part of sales process, this person will create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services & will partner with franchise owner/operators to deliver value. Additionally, they will promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer, sell with a goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets, and will stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. Lastly, they will be responsible for overall customer relationship management, customer satisfaction and for delivering on customer revenue and retention objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

-Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of franchises and owner/operators-serve as subject matter expert in selling Comcast Business Class Products including Managed Router, Managed Security, Managed Wi-Fi and Professional services, Metro Ethernet and fiber services for national and strategic account clients with large bandwidth requirements.

-Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through selling contracted solutions to franchises and owner/operators across named accounts, typically Fortune 50 to 1000 sized client accounts.

-Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.

-Generation of new leads within named accounts through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.

-Maintaining quality sales records, preparation of sales and activity reports, and detailed reporting and analysis as required.

-Identify improvement areas thru a consultative process that would enhance our customer's ability to communicate more effectively both internally and externally to their customers.

-Effectively manage named accounts with a high activity and comprehensive business plan

-Team with technical, customer service, and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and thereby drive new revenue growth

-Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

-Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Must be able to travel 10%-15% of time.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Business, Communications or Marketing
- Generally requires 3-5 years related sales experience.

- 3+ years' of experience selling telecommunications to Enterprise-sized clients

- Must have strong communication and presentation skills
