Job Description

50 Immediate Customer Service Professionals - Immediate Positions Kennesaw Georgia   Currently seeking experienced call center customer service, and customer care candidates with 6-12 months call center experience reflected on a resume. Candidate will be answering incoming calls from individuals for government payments such as parking tickets, court fees, and property taxes. Seeking candidates that will take calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. This is an immediate position starting immediately. This position is paying 11.25 initially and then 11.00 once hired on and requires clear drug and background check. In addition, excellent attendance and work ethic required.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  Duties/Responsibilities       - Responsible for inbound and outbound calls efficiently - Excellent communication skills & attendance - Follow up to customer inquiries, service requests while maintaining excellent relationship - Problem resolution skills - Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment   Qualifications:     - 6-12 months Call Center experience or Customer Service/Retail experience preferred.  - Type 30 wpm - Must possess attention to detail mentality to ensure data entry accuracy - High School Graduate or GED - Ability to use desktop computer system - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Computer literate - Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner - Good organization skills - Must pass Background Check and Drug test   Hours: First 2 weeks will be mandatory training (M-F8:00-4:30pm). From there you will receive a permanent schedule M-F (11:30-8:00pm). You will have the option to bid for a new schedule every 3 months.
