LEGAL ADMIN ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST (TEMP TO HIRE)

HOURS: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Very accessible location in Midtown Manhattan, close to Grand Central Station.

High profile 15-person boutique litigation law firm with a focus on criminal white collar defense and civil litigation matters.

  • Greeting clients as they come in.
  • Support office administrative work, Mailing lists, making copies.
  • Assist with client billing.
  • Assist with setup for meetings and conferences.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and discretion are important, as firm represents very high profile individuals
  • MUST : Administrative experience in a law firm, Multiline phones, MS Word skills
  • Nice to Have: B.A. Degree, QuickBooks, Excel, Skype, Google Calendar

Position is temp to hire, and starts immediately.  Hourly rate of pay is 20-23/ hr DOE.
