Our Client’s well-established multi-office Financial Firm with a location in the Des Moines, IA is growing and looking to add a key employee to the Team. They are seeking a professional Financial Advisor (Associate/Junior) who is ready to help their already thriving company continue to grow. Prioritizing client needs and helping solve problems first is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our Client does. In providing excellent client service you will: 
  • Complete and process new client applications
  • Ability to effectively manage and grow an assigned “book” of clients
  • Willingness to travel/split schedule between 2 office locations as needed
  • Ensure client business flow and concerns are resolved, and superior service levels are met
  • Develop effective working relationships with Team Members and internal Departments to ultimately provide effective service for clients
  • Conduct and record communications with clients and/or prospects
  • Ensure inquires and issues are resolved to achieve expected service levels
  • Initiate and track client paperwork effectively
  • Follow–up on and document pending business with companies and clients
  • Conduct & participate in client sales & informational events / venues as needed
  • Pre and Post Client Meeting Support for the Advisor Team
  • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for Financial Advisor(s) / Office
  • $50,000-$60,000 Annual Base Salary + Incentive / Bonus Plan

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of solid Client Service, Relationship Management and/or Financial Advisor Experience
    (Financial Industry Office / Banking setting is preferred)
  • Advanced Technology Skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • CRM Database Experience (Salesforce, Redtail)
  • Current Series 7 Securities License and/or contracted to obtain within 90 Days of employment
  • Current Life & Health License and/or contracted to obtain within 90 Days of employment
