This job is HYBIRD - SUPPORTING FOND DU LAC AREA CLINICS. This position will primarily work out of candidates home but will require Clinic visits in the Fond Du Lac/Manitowoc area as needed.

Job Summary:
The Provider Relations Liaison serves as an ambassador on behalf the health system. The Liaison formulates and nurtures partnerships across their scope of responsibility to achieve desired outcomes. The PRBP understands healthcare. They are subject matter experts in the business of talent operations, engagement, selection, on-boarding & off boarding for direct hire and Locums providers. This role is a high-functioning, strategic change champion and service liaison. They are instrumental in executing and managing recruitment plans, talent initiatives and provider engagement activities. They develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects directed at improving provider relations and services to internal and external stakeholders. The Provider Relations Liaison is a culturally competent advisor and trustworthy contributor who make sound business decisions. They take the lead with multiple aspects of the recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement and exit processes for providers. The Liaison's main objective is to ensure that providers receive the best experience possible from start to finish. Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate.
EXPERIENCE :
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in healthcare recruitment or employee relations in a large, complex, and matrixed organization. Experience planning, managing and liaising interview days including the ability to provide history of the facility, nuances of the department, and culture of clinic sites. Proven experience building relationships and trust with providers and leaders.
EDUCATION :
Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS :
Strong relationship management skills. Cultural competence and self awareness. Independent decision making skills and the ability to make decisions quickly. Flexibility and the ability to adjust in a changing environments. Strong organization and coordination skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Ability to quickly foster trust with candidates and hiring leaders. Awareness of when to communicate or escalate issues. Must have a reliable vehicle and WI state drivers license in good standing.
