Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for a position located in Duluth, MN! This position is PT - 25-30 hours per week. This company manages commercial and residential buildings and sells Real Estate. Bookkeeping Tasks: Learn the system for the properties we manage and bill pay in Quick Books Assist with the filing and organization of office Assist with all Tenant requests and follow-up on repairs Produce and send out monthly statements to all tenants Get the mail from downstairs and sort it each day Make deposits and add them to the accounting list * Write the checks and add to each property's spreadsheet, balance monthly * Verify the amounts due get authorization then pay bills Office Tasks: Arrive on time to begin at 9:00 am (or time agreed upon) Answer the phones professionally every time Take accurate messages Assist with meetings, email and letter writing Empty the paper shredder at least once a week Make sure the office looks presentable at all times Real Estate Tasks: Make and maintain a list of the properties we represent using access or excel with property name, address, sq ft, lot size, price/rate and other additional information Ensure the brochure rack is current and has at least two of each property Assist the agents with mailings, call lists, company lookup, be proactive! Make showing appointments for our agents as well as other agents Audit and Review each property folder for all necessary paperwork to be included
