The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with education partners to manage the developmental, documentation, and financial aspects of certified continuing education activities for healthcare professionals.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee, manage and document the certification process continuing healthcare education programs
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships to facilitate the implementation of successful strategic partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for adherence to the defined standards of governing regulatory bodies
  • Maintain records/data and facilitate reports on accreditation activities in accordance with established practices
  • Coordinate grant funding practices and facilitate program reconciliations in conjunction with partners and funding sources
  • Serve as strategic resource to help partners grow their organizations and maximize the impact of their educational programming
  • An IDEAL Candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of current ACCME, ACPE, or ANCC guidelines and FDA regulations
  • Possess a background in the healthcare field
  • CHCP credential is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining responsibility for all aspects of medical project management, including client services and interacting with funding agencies and professional groups
  • Capable of administering multiple tasks concurrently and staying on top of project deadlines and deliverables
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and multi-task many projects at different stages of development through completion in an organized manner
  • Be experienced with:
    Goal-oriented project management
  • Developing and maintaining client relationshipsInteracting with funding agencies and professional groups
