Our client, a leading health care practice in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Health Care Group in either the Portland or Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience working with health care clients on regulatory and licensing issues, particularly within Oregon or Washington State. Key responsibilities include navigating state health care regulations, handling Medicare and Medicaid enforcement, negotiating various health-related agreements, and managing data privacy and security concerns. Familiarity with federal security requirements and certifications in privacy or information security are advantageous.
