About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking - Digital Capabilities group. This group is responsible for digital capabilities supporting our commercial and corporate customers digital experience, and leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers. This Lead Digital Product Manager role would be responsible for managing Document Collaboration capabilities for commercial banking and corporate & investment banking clients. As a seasoned product owner, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys and enable simplified document collaboration and exchange for customers and users. In this role, you will:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with document collaboration
  • Previous experience with microservices or APIs, including partner onboarding and consumption
  • Previous experience launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
  • Experience leading shared service teams or initiatives in the past
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Pay Range

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
