We have a growing company that is looking for add on a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager, reporting directly to the CFO, is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function for the client in the areas of recruiting & onboarding, benefit administration, safety, compliance and employee relations. Provides administrative support to the human resources function such as correspondence generation, file maintenance, and a variety of recordkeeping. Works closely with the payroll administrator to ensure accuracy of benefit invoicing and employee payroll changes generated by the human resources department. 


Education/Skills/Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources OR 5 -7 years of experience in the HR field, OR any similar combination of education and experience

• Intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills are required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ADP Workforce Now

• Ability to operate multiple computer applications

• Organization skills for high volume workload

• Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills

• Ability to effectively communicate the company’s policies, procedures and practices with employees of all levels in the organization

• Ability to work independently and effectively to problem-solve

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company data

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-paced environment

• Demonstrate strict attention to detail

• PHR/SPHR certification

Preferred:

• MBA
