They're looking for a ServiceNow Administrator who will work on multiple projects and have excellent communication skills.
Administer the ServiceNow by delegating groups, modifying workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Dictionaries, Catalog items, and system updates and upgrades.
Manage user account and security
Test configurations and applications
Communicate with outside vendors to deal resolve problems
Monitor IT infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools
Perform alarm verifications
Complete scheduled reporting and maintenance task
Strong communication skills and ability to consult
Problem solving skills
