Assistant Billing Manager
Location: Arlington, VA - hybrid remote/in-office schedule offered
Position Overview :
Our client has a need for assistance with the current workload.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the billing process including sign offs (will not be managing people)
- Step in/assist in processing the invoices
- Review work the other billers are submitting
Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- Must have 3+ years of government contracting and Costpoint experience to be considered
- Recent Costpoint 7 experience (Ideally Costpoint 7.1.1)
- Strong Excel skills (must be able to create formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
Personality Fit:
- Driven and hard working
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Diligent
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
