JOB DESCRIPTION:

LICENSING AND BONDS ADMINISTRATOR

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A REAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY, NOT JUST A JOB!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated Licensing and Bonds Administrator to work directly with our Compliance team to procure licenses by application for our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to handle confidential information and sensitive issues in accordance with regulations and Company policies.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel a must, as well as other databases and office machinery
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Electrician and Contractor Licensing Applications preferred
• 2 years office experience
• Self-Motivated
• Team-Oriented
• Customer Oriented
• Must be able to follow Company safety rules, regulations and all other Company policies

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Procuring licenses by application for our business on a district level in all new jurisdictions, as well as the renewals for current electrician and contractor licenses.
  • Exam scheduling for corresponding state and district level contractor licenses, ordering proper study materials, and keeping the contractor informed on exam requirements and dates.
  • Applications for licensing on a state and district level.
  • Keeping confidentiality of all contractor information encountered.
  • Obtaining completed bonding ability form or original bond, requested from corresponding jurisdiction.
