Perform multiple tasks/navigate multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer’s account or troubleshoot their questions and issues

Knowledge & Experience:
Prior experience with deferred compensation plan/retirement services
FINRA licensing required for certain roles
Must be customer focused, self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
BA/BS preferred but not required, high school diploma, GED or equivalent certification or military experience
Dependable worker and team player
