***Voya is currently seeking to fill 65+ Positions for City of New York - DCP Retirement Plan in our new 22 Cortlandt Street Location starting in November 2019***

  • Communications (Digital Media)
  • Operations & Rollovers
  • Distributions & Loans
  • Business and Administrative Support
  • Compliance

Core Principle Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and confidence with our customers that we are there to help serve their needs and help them reach their retirement goals
  • Perform multiple tasks/navigate multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer’s account or troubleshoot their questions and issues
  • Own your personal development to achieve job proficiency and meet performance goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Prior experience with deferred compensation plan/retirement services
  • FINRA licensing required for certain roles
  • Must be customer focused, self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
  • BA/BS preferred but not required, high school diploma, GED or equivalent certification or military experience
  • Dependable worker and team player
