RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Deerfield Beach, Florida (FL). Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for all customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up on customer queries
  • Solve problems on the first call
  • Communicate appropriately with customers
  • Offer alternative solutions or additional products and services to meet customer needs

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma / GED required
  • Effective written and oral communication in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Ability to consistently meet schedule requirements
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers
