Highland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas, Texas. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

We are hiring a Community TV Lead Coordinator to direct the day-to-day operation of the studio and AV equipment within our community. The Lead Coordinator will foster relationships within the community Television Network and give feedback regarding budget, programming, and staffing.

How you will make an impact:

* Oversees the production of programs, special events, features, and instructional videotapes in the studio
* Serves as Executive Producer for all productions
* Building relationships with departmental and resident leadership.
* Overseeing the purchase and maintenance of station equipment and community audio visual equipment.
* Conducting weekly meetings to assess the operation and future planning of the station.
* Overseeing the development and training of staff, interns, and volunteers.

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience up to 55,000.00 Annually

What you will need:

* Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts preferred.
* Minimum of 1-year experience in television production.
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
* Self-directed with high attention to detail and quality.
