Job Description

Insurance company in Petaluma is seeking an Associate Account Representative (Customer Service Representative) with a starting annual salary of $41,067 ($19.74/hr)

The company is hiring 5 Customer Service Representatives in their rapidly growing Petaluma location. They have 28 representatives and are looking to grow to 32. They are seeking candidates that are not just looking for a "job" but a career. They put an extreme investment in all of their employees by putting them through a comprehensive training program as well as training and paying for their California State Insurance License.

As a CSR, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Take incoming calls of current customers and assist with Billing and Insurance questions.


o They are expected to take about 20 calls per day and it typically takes about a year to get to that level. The first year they will average about 10 - 15.


o The calls cover anything from simple billing questions that can take minutes, or more extensive contract questions that can take up to 45 minutes.

Must Haves:
* Soft Skills (Attention to Detail, problem solving, team first mentality, coachability)
* Customer Service Attitude and Personality
* High School Diploma
* Typing speed of 35 wpm

Starting salary: $41,067 ($19.74/hr) with a lot of growth possibility!

Schedule: M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
