Commercial Loan Officer

Ann Arbor State Bank is actively searching for a talented and dynamic Commercial Loan Officer. This individual is responsible for originating commercial loans from referrals, direct sources, and cold calls for both commercial real estate and operating business loans/lines.
The Commercial Loan Officer will manage the customer experience from origination to closing. This includes presenting various types of products and loan pricing, building depository relationships with lending clients, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring clients to appropriate staff for other banking needs and services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years C&I and CRE lending experience, formal credit training, and a degree in finance or related field; or equivalent of education and experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are a must.
